feeling very good about this. protein, fruit, veggies, and greek yogurt. mmm. les milles body pump is helping also. planning to have lost 20 pounds by mid april, hopefully sooner. i am working to focus less on subtracting weight from my life and focus more on adding interest to my life. busy people cannot eat as much <3
